| Name | Ischemic Heart disease (A:m6A) |
| Description | METTl3 is upregulated in H/R-induced cardiomyocytes injury. It methylates TFEB at two m6A residues in the 3สน-UTR, and promotes the association of the RNA-binding protein HNRNPD with TFEB pre-mRNA and subsequently decreases the expression levels of TFEB. This inhibits the autophagic flux and increases apoptosis in H/R-treated cardiomyocytes. |
