In our latest update, we've incorporated new functionalities in the user interface to enhance data accessibility. Now, users have the option to download aligned sequences in FASTA format directly. Utilizing the available drop-down menus, you can not only view specific sequences but also filter the ones you wish to download. Check boxes allow you to choose between downloading sequences with or without modifications. Unlike the RNA sequences section, where filters are more dynamic, the alignment interface categorizes sequences based on Rfam families, leaving only the organism filter as a variable drop-down option.
